It is crucial that leaders should have a definite goal and stand as role models for their peers. The sole aim of any school is to groom the students for a better future and give them wings to fly. Birla Balika Vidyapeeth has always been doing that and a lot more. The students of BBV have been taking up a leading role in the matter of academics and co-curricular activities for a very long time. Many of the alumni are well-settled in their life and have made a mark in their respective fields.

Birla Balika Vidyapeeth Band: The All Girls Brass Band,' The Pilani Band’ has been the Pride of India.It has been exhibiting its skills in music as well as endurance for more than half a century. Our Band is the only Brass band whose legacy is echoing at the Rajpath, New Delhi on the Republic Day for the last 57 consecutive years.

M.U.N: Pluralism is the Core ethos of the school. We encourage our vibrant student community to be a part of the decision making process. The students contest the elections and debate important issues. They become aware of the myriad societal issues and brainstorm solutions. This process aids in developing critical thinking faculty of the young minds and ignites logical reasoning. Not only that, it also sensitizes them to the grave realities of the world and how to look for solutions for their fellow-beings.

Investiture Ceremony: The BBV students appoint their own Head Girl, Captains, Prefects and in-charges in various fields: Sports, Culture, Academics - through an Investiture Ceremony. The school ensures all-round development of the pupils and perfects their leadership and managerial skills to make them ready for adulthood. The holistic development guarantees that the children develop the life-skills to face the future with utmost confidence.
