Commending Excellence: Birla Balika Vidyapeeth’s Second Prize Giving Ceremony
The celebration of the prize-giving ceremony holds a prominent place in the school's annual schedule as it acknowledges and honors the accomplishments of students in various domains. On April 15 2023, Birla Balika Vidyapeeth commemorated its second Prize Giving ceremony, where Dr.M. Kasturi,Principal, awarded certificates and medals to more than 150 students of the school.
This was indeed a remarkable day for the students of classes V to XII, as they were commended for their academic excellence in Science, Maths and English Olympiads. The school's elation and honor knew no bounds as 25 students were honored with medals of distinction in the distinguished Queens Platinum Jubilee celebrations in London and the Young Scientist award.
The students were further applauded for their achievements in various extracurricular activities that were organized during the Sanskrit week, such as Shlok Vachan, Geet Gayan, and Story Writing, to mention a few. The students also proved their mettle by winning accolades in events like the BET Computer Quiz, Cartoon and Video creation, website designing by IPSC schools, Hindi and English calligraphy, and the Bhoor Singh Art competition.
Dr. M. Kasturi, Principal BBV, felicitated the girls and expressed her immense pride and delight in their accomplishments. She further asserted that the school will continue to strive for greater heights and achievements, and ensure that our students receive the best possible education and opportunities to excel.
