Pilani: Birla Balika Vidyapeeth (BBVP), Pilani, emerged champions of IPSC Pre-Subroto Cup Under 17 Girls Football Tournament 2026 held from July 22nd to 25th defeating Pinegrove School Dharampur, 3–0 in a commanding performance in the final.
Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar, secured third place with a 1–0 victory over Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, Gwalior.
The tournament was inaugurated by Ms. Happy Khichar, Indian women’s team cricketer and Gujarat Giants player, who inspired participants to uphold discipline, perseverance and team spirit.
The valedictory ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest Ms. Babita Meena, member of the Rajasthan senior women’s cricket team, and presented trophies.
Among the individual honours, Unnati Chandel (BBVP)was named Player of the Final, Pallavi Pal (BBVP) received the Best Defender Award, Rinym Doka (BBVP) was the Top Scorer, Jannat (Pinegrove School, Dharampur)was adjudged Best Midfielder,Unnati Singh Chandel (BBVP) was declared Most Valuable Player .
The event was attended by the dignitaries of Birla Education Trust, Principals of BET Schools, staff and eminent guests.
BBVP will represent IPSC at the prestigious 65th Subroto Cup National Football Tournament.
