I am Nyasa Bagra from Arunachal Pradesh, currently studying in Grade 11 at Birla Balika Vidyapeeth. Boarding life at BBVP has been a very new and enriching experience for me. Initially, it was difficult to adjust considering the busy schedule of a boarding school.
However, meeting new people from different regions of India, learning about various interesting cultures and languages, and trying new dishes helped me open up, make friends, and adjust to this new environment. These interactions have made my boarding life lively and meaningful.
The school offers a wide range of activities and sports, and it also organizes a grand cultural fest every year where students get the opportunity to showcase their talents and learn beyond the classroom. Along with this, we also learn the importance of time management as we balance academics with extracurricular activities.
During vacations, the school provides travel parties where students are safely dropped at their homes and picked up when the school reopens, under the supervision of an escort teacher. This system makes travelling convenient and stress-free for both parents and students.
Everyone here comes from different places and has their own habits and routines. This diversity makes life at BBVP more fun and teaches us the true values of respect, cooperation, and understanding.
