Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilani organizes a meaningful Community Service from time to time with the aim of sensitizing students towards social responsibility, empathy, and inclusive development.
As part of the initiative, the teachers of BBV voluntarily collected funds through which 34 kg of rice and 12 kg of pulses were procured. With the support of the NGO Shiv Shakti Nirbal Kutir Datri Jan Seva Samiti, Pilani, needy residents from nearby villages were invited to the school campus. Carefully packed kits of grain and pulses were distributed to women, men, and children. BBV students took the lead in the distribution, giving them hands-on experience of serving society and developing compassion and humanitarian values.

Extending the outreach further, a group of 20 students visited Rajkiya Uchcha Madhaymik Vidyalaya, a Government school in Ghumansar village. During the visit, they distributed 70 packets containing grains, pulses, biscuits, and toffees to school and Anganwadi children. The interaction brought smiles to childrenโs faces and fostered a warm environment of care, sharing, and goodwill.

Addressing the students, Mrs. Achala Verma highlighted the significance of community service in shaping sensitive and responsible citizens. She emphasized the need for such initiatives to develop awareness of social realities and inspire youth to contribute meaningfully to society. The campaign was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Sandhya Vyas. Renowned social workers of the Shekhawati region, Mr. Shambhu Dayal and Dr. Shankla, also graced the occasion with their presence.

The programme proved to be an enriching experience for the students of Birla Balika Vidyapeeth. It strengthened the schoolโs commitment to holistic education by nurturing academic excellence along with moral, social, and humanitarian values.

Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilani continues to uphold its vision of empowering students through education, empathy, and service to humanity.
